- Direct: on its way as soon as possible.
- Emergency: delivered within two hours in the city and suburbs.
How should trade samples be packaged?
Wrap or box trade samples as close to their original packaging as possible.
- Coverage: declared-value coverage at order entry when packaging standards are met.
- Not covered: unwrapped items and glass or fragile design materials.
