Founder and CEO

Part of the industry since 1978, Frank has worked as a driver through various operational positions, including Operations and General Manager. During 1996, he became Area Vice President for US Delivery Systems, the largest same-day delivery company in the world. He had responsibilities overseeing the upper Midwest facilities, including over 1200 drivers and $40,000,000 in fiscal revenues. Frank left Corporate Express Delivery Systems, Inc. to start U.S. Messenger & Logistics, Inc. with partner Norm Nied in April of 1999. Frank lives in the western suburbs with his wife Diane. They have four children and three grandchildren.

Founder

Norm has worked in the industry since 1978. He served US Messenger & Delivery as driver, Route Services Manager, Director of Scheduled Services, and as a Regional Sales Manager for US Delivery Systems, the largest delivery company in the world. He left Corporate Express Delivery Systems to start U.S. Messenger & Logistics, Inc. with partner Frank Gonzales in April 1999. Norm lives in the southwest suburbs with his wife Susan.

President

Ron has worked in the industry since he was old enough to walk. His family has owned and operated several same day delivery service businesses for decades, and he has taken part of every aspect of the business. While serving our nation in the armed forces, Ron was a logistics officer. He is currently responsible for directing USML to new heights in Logistics Services as the Company President. He lives in Wheaton with his wife Mischa and their daughter Noa.

Operations Manager of Route Services

Evelyn has worked in this industry for over 35 years, with over 30 years in management and supervisory positions. She has excelled at her career, from Dispatch through Route Operations, for several large same day courier companies in Chicago. She currently is the Operations Manager of Route Services for USML.

Operations Manager of On-Demand Services

Gerry has worked in the business for over 30 years in several operational positions, including driver, dispatcher, and dispatch manager. He took a hiatus to run his own successful businesses, which he eventually sold. He rejoined our team in 2005 and is now responsible for On-Demand Deliveries as On-Demand Operations Manager. He lives in the western suburbs with his wife Lonnie.

Operations Manager of Logistics Services

Tony serves USML as Operations Manager of Logistics Services. He is responsible for our Intercept Courier group, Trucking, and Brown Box type deliveries. He has worked in our industry with several companies for over 25 years. He lives in the western suburbs with his wife and one of his two children.

Chief Technology Officer

As our Chief Technology Officer, Marcia is responsible for all of US Messenger’s daily and long-term technology needs. She has over 35 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Throughout her career, she has held a wide variety of managerial and consulting positions in large corporations throughout the United States, as well as owning her own technology consulting company.

Human Resources Manager

Cynthia is our Human Resources Specialist, overseeing the day-to-day internal operations of USML. She has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the delivery business with several of the largest companies in the business in Chicagoland. She lives in the western suburbs with her two boys.

Special Projects

Daniel has worked in the industry full time for the last 13 years. He is a graduate of Robert Morris University.  Daniel started in our industry as a Customer Service Representative, then onto Warehousing, Information Technology and the Accounting and Receivables department. He now is working Special Projects which encompasses each of all our supply chain and supply chain support departments. He lives in the west suburbs with his wife Martyna.

Customer Service Manager

Steve is a graduate of Lewis University with degrees in Human Resources and Psychology. He has been an industry professional since 2014 when he started driving for US Messenger. Since then Steve has also worked as a Customer Service Representative, a Dispatcher, and is now the Customer Service Manager. He lives in the western suburbs with his partner Tiffany and their two children.
