All deliveries are insured for $100 USD. Additional value can be declared at the time of order entry for $1.00 for every $100.00 in value.

How can I track my package's status and receive proof of delivery?

Tracking is always available through our online portal for clients. At the time of order entry, you can also notify our team that you want to receive notice of delivery. We will add your email to our notification system and you will receive notice once you delivery is signed for by your intended recipient.

Are there any restrictions on the size or weight of packages you can transport in Chicago and the surrounding area?
